Online Banking

Access and manage your Eglin FCU accounts securely and conveniently no matter where you are or what time of day it is.

In addition to viewing your account and account historyyou may also schedule transferspay billsset up alertsexport account historiesupdate your personal informationview cleared checksorder checks and more. Online Banking requires Eglin FCU membership and a valid current email address.

Overview of Online Banking Features:

  • View account summariescleared checksloan payment history and detailed transaction history.
  • Transfer funds to your other account suffixesjoint accounts* or other Eglin FCU member accounts or loans (if you have their account number and suffix).
  • Transfer funds from your external accounts to make your Eglin FCU Mastercard payment or pay your Eglin FCU loan (excludes Eglin FCU mortgage payments). The initial setup takes several days.
  • Sign up to access your free credit score & report and receive offers based on your current credit and credit products.
  • Sign up for Bill Payerfree with three completed transactions per month.
  • Sign up for eStatementsset up email alerts and order checks.
  • Update your contact informationusername and password.
  • Send secure messages to Eglin FCU with questions or comments.

*You can access joint accounts with a Cross Account Authorization. For additional informationvisit a branchcontact Member Services by email or call 850.862.0111Option 4during business hours.

Online Banking Requirements

Online Banking requires membership with Eglin FCUInternet accessand a current supported browser. You must have a valid email address and keep it current so that we can notify you quickly with important information regarding your account. We will not share your email address with anyone without your consent. If you do not access your account online within a 15-month period your access will be locked and you will need to use the "forgot password" feature on the login page of our website at eglinfcu.org/login to unlock your account.

How do I log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App?
Access to Online Banking and the Eglin FCU Mobile App must first be established in order to log in and access your account. Apply for Online Banking access by selecting "Online Banking" on our Applications & Forms page. If you are still having trouble logging inor need further assistanceplease contact us via secure emailphone or visit a branch.

Can I view transactions for a specific date range?
Up to 24 months of transaction historyincluding loan payments and deposit historycan be viewed within Online Banking and the Mobile App.

Is the Mobile App secure?
The Eglin FCU Mobile App uses TLS 1.2 protocol to communicate securely throughout the entire process of accessing your accounts.

What will happen if I forget to logout?
Your login session for both the Mobile App and Online Banking is active for 20 minutes. Activity during the session does not extend this time limit. While we advise you to log out or close the app once you have finished your tasksthe system will automatically log you out after the 20-minute mark for your security.

What browsers does your Online Banking platform support?
Our Online Banking platform is supported by most modern browsers such as ChromeEdgeFirefox and Safari. We recommend keeping your operating systemfirewall softwareantivirus softwareantimalware software and browser updated to the latest version for the safety of your personal information and to ensure you do not have any interruption of service.

How do I transfer funds to another member?
To transfer funds to another member using Online Banking or the Mobile App you will need to know their account numberthe first two initials of their last nameand the account suffix they wish to have the funds deposited into. Please note: When performing a member to member transferthe abbreviation for the account suffix must be enteredfor instance Regular Share Savings is "S1" and Premium Checking is "S9."
