“火箭星城”
■位于闵行区，目标打造千亿元商业航天产业
上海市商业航天“火箭星城”建设方案发布。记者从昨天在上海召开的“链聚产业合力 共建航天强国”商业航天器及应用产业链共链行动大会上获悉，上海正全力打造全国商业航天产业高地，力争到2027年产业规模达到1000亿元左右。
“火箭星城”位于上海市闵行区，聚焦打造覆盖研发、制造、发射、运营、应用全链条的商业航天产业集群。其核心任务包括提升商业火箭生产与发射能力，增强火箭系统整体能级，以及构建“星箭场一体化”发射链、在轨运营链和航天应用服务链。
根据规划，“火箭星城”设定了明确的阶段性目标：到2027年，完成可重复使用火箭全产业链布局，形成年产80发火箭、200颗卫星的研制与服务能力；到2030年，建成具备年产150发火箭、500颗卫星的一站式生产制造与发射服务体系，全面建成具有全球影响力的航天产业高地。
上海将强化政策支持，对商业火箭、商业卫星等标志性重大项目，最高给予3亿元资金支持；对商业航天发射活动提供综合补贴，并对发射保险费用最高补贴1000万元。
