Burger King is letting Guest feedback impact the future of the brand – as proven with the recent initiative inviting Guests to call or text President Tom Curtis. Guests have already helped shape operationsrestaurant image and the overall BK experience and nowthey've inspired changes to the iconicflame-grilled Whopper sandwich – the first in nearly 10 years.

The higher-quality Whopper experience includes a more premiumbetter tasting bunserved in a box to ensure it makes it to Guests exactly the way it left the kitchen. Stacked tall with freshly cut onions and tomatoescrisp lettucetangy picklesand better tasting mayoevery Whopper is crafted to deliver the flame-grilled flavor Guests expect – now elevated from the first bite to the last.

They might've changed the mayobut I bet it's still disgustingly hot since they finish everything in a microwave.

I got one yesterday. It was indeed good.

I do wonder how much that has to do with the boxtbh. Was nice getting a whopper that wasn't completely smashed and floppy.

Didn't know this was a thing when I went to BK last week and got my burger in a box.

It did taste pretty goodgot the one with bacon and cheese. I still think quality depends immensely on if you're at a Good BK or notand the one I went to is generally just 'OK'.

BK in germany means nastyborderline stale buns and oldish-tasting onions. interesting to see how those changes should work out if they find their way here.

I had this "new" presentation a few weeks ago. The box makes it tastier.

This new whopper is legit deliciousthat thing was fresh as hell and juicy. I had a triple with cheese after my first regular whopper it was that good.

In comparison I also had the big arch and I thought that burger sucked.

I already invented the better Whopper and it's you order that shit with no mayo; get mustard and ketchup instead. Mustard only is also acceptable.

In this day and age of convenience cultureit never ceases to amaze me when people finally figure out that the nastiness of overly-steamedcoldrubberysmooshed to-go food has as much or more to do with the conditions associated with the packaging and delay in consumption of said to-go food as the quality of the ingredients and preparation itself.

All food gets nasty when you get it to go or delivered. Stop propping up silicon valley techno feudalism and get your lazy ass to the restaurant to eat your food. The people who work there will thank you for making their lives much easier.

This message obviously doesn't apply to those who can't get to the restaurant due to a disability or the like.

I used to love Whoppersbut the past half-decade or so the beef quality has degraded to the point I consider them the blandest fast food burger I've ever had. It doesn't seem they've addressed that based on that description.

Oh dang. I coincidently went to BK a couple weeks ago for the first time in over a year. It did come in a box which I didn't expect and it indeed was one of the better whoppers I've had.

Pro tip: get free fries with the appany size

I literally just ate a whopper so I guess the change hasn't happened to every location yet because it was still wrapped up in paper as usual. I hope it even tastes half as good as it used to in the 80's. Literally flame-grilled crack between two sesame seed buns.
