What's going on with email accounts?

I couldn't log in yesterdaybut that wasn't unexpected as I have only been able to access my emails once a day for a while.

This morning the log in page is entirely different and I have to set everything up again.  The problem is that the verifications aren't coming through.

Some prior notification would have been useful.  I'm at a loss what to do without the text or email verifications.
