IRM Live Webcams
The Illinois Railway Museum has four permanent webcams overlooking train operationsa webcam overlooking our CTC display board which shows the position of trains on our demonstration railroada seasonal webcam aboard the Happy Holiday Railway trainand our newest live streaming webcam overlooking the majority of the property from the parking lot light tower.

The Spaulding Tower webcam faces East overlooking the station tracks and mainline. The Car Line/Barn 9 webcam faces North towards the Central Avenue Pavilion overlooking Yard 9 and the streetcar line. The Mainline webcam faces West overlooking Yard 2the mainline and the station tracks. The Car Line Junction webcam is mainly used by the dispatcher to make sure the powered switch is clear before remotely operating it via CTC control board in Spaulding Tower. We have added a feed for that camera as well.
