Bus tickets from New YorkNY to WashingtonDC

Awful. The bus was 40 minutes into the ride when I got a text saying the bus was canceled. The driver was already turned around heading back to the city. No announcement from the driverno solution. Then sat in horrendous traffic to get back into the city. Awful.

the bus itself was fine but there was an issue with the company and the driver couldn't drive over 50 mph

I enjoyed little or no traffic and basically only one stop before my reaching my destination. Communication was great as I was informed about the delay in departure prior to the departure.

The listed departure location was very vague with no details (since the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal has dozens of pickup locations across multiple floors). This made it easy to miss the busespecially for people not familiar with the location.

The staff is very professional and nicebut the air conditioning is too cold for a European 8)

This was way too dissatisfied with the tripthe bus was supposed to dropped me off at Union Station DCit stopped at Baltimorethey kept giving assurance that they will pick me up to my final destinationI waited for four hours in vainI had to hire a taxi after one of the staff told methere is a delay for over 5 hours and she cannot guarantee even if I wait for that over 5 hours.

I enjoyed the ride the driver was great 👍 however when being outside at silverspringthe guy who went on the pasing my chair in the bus took my water bottle which I had recently bought. Sad though that stealing on the bus is still exist

Seat wasn't very comfortable. My seat didn't recline. I noticed foot rests were missing some places. The bus looked really worn. Bus driver honked excessively through the trip.

Best Bus is the best bus I’ve taken thus far. The bus is clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and every seat has an electric outlet. The staff are very professional. I also appreciate that they hand everyone a water bottle and are good about collecting trash.

Older bus. Need hand sanitizer in the bath rooms. Wi fi was spotty. Engaging and pleasant driver W. Williams but arrived more than 30 minutes late in NYC and stopped 2x en route.

The bus left on time,gave free water,and made an announcement about everyone being courteous with cell phone usage and no using speakers. I didn't enjoy taking out my own bag,nor the fact that the reading light didn't work as I and another passenger wanted to continue reading when it got dark outside,but the light switch didn't work. Other than that great ride.

Convenient. The lady on the phone (Anna) was very helpful about making a quicklast-minute change to my reservation.

Kind and fast driverthe bus could be cleaner

There was not much stoppage on the journey but we spent more than five hourswhile the journey supposed to be four hours.

The bus was 15m late. It was difficult because there was a strong smell of urine and a bad odor on the bus.

It was on timeand I felt safe with how the driver did his job. I also enjoyed the stop and got some food.

I totally enjoyed my ride with OurBus. The driver was awesome and made it the trip very pleasant. Great customer skills.

Very relaxing experience. It would have been great if there were some information on the overhead screen

They stopped at Baltimore instead of the 2230 New York Avenue NE advertised. Had to arrange for a different pick up with family.

I don't know the bus would continue south past DC. I thought we were just stopping in the gas station. My fault for not paying attention but also the driver didn't announce we were in DC. I had to get off in Fredericksburg.

Wi-Fi did not workno water as advertisedand we were late because the bus was involved in a little accident. The bus was roomy.

My outlet didn’t work and the bus did not get to the destination at the time it said it would. it was supposed to arrive to Washington DC at 1am and it got there at almost 2am

Nice trip but some difficulties to understand the staff. Instructions weren't clear.

No heat eitherthe travel was uncomfortable however we got to our destination safe.
