No Luck at Cummins Quickserve

I've tried 4 times now to start an account with Cummins Quickserveand they don't give me a phone # under "contact us"or any other contact info. I know some of you have joined so I'm asking you instead. When you click on "contact us" all you get is a Help Ticket Submission.
I'm aware that I'm a computer nitwit however I have started dozens of other accounts and am truly baffled at this one. When you click on "create account" up comes a choice of four types of subscriptions. So of course I choose the free onenot wanting to pay 1200 for a year or 50 for a week. Then after I click on "free" nothingnada. So I click on Contact Usonly to get the Help Ticket Submission. So I fill that all out and they email me a ticket promising to get back to mebut they never doand thats the end of the story. That's happened four times now. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I finally got a response from them todaythey said to go to store.cummins.com and choose the free 90000000 membership for the cartthen click on Proceed to Checkouthen to Fill Out Form. After filling out that'Next' buttonbeing sure to enter your email address for a user name. Then they mail you a confirmation email with alink to another screen to set up a password and answer 3 security questionsand you're done
