I would suggest you to follow these Methods if issue persist:
Method 1: Run the hardware troubleshooter and check.
The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which checks the hardware on the computer for any known issues and provides the details on how to fix them. Please follow these steps:
a. Type troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter.
b. In the "Troubleshooting" windowclick “View All” in the left pane.
c. Right click "Hardware and Devices" and select run as administrator.
d. Click "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
If the issue persistcontinue with Method 2.
Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth drivers.
- Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
- Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
- Look for Bluetooth driverright-click and then click Uninstall/Remove Device.
- When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the deviceclick OK.
- Restart the computer.
- Windows will automatically install the driver.
