Wanda Lee Nelson Scarbroughage 99passed away July 162024 at her home in SikestonMO.
She was born October 151924 in Sikestondaughter of the late Walter Nelson and Ethel Duke Nelson.
On October 51943 she married William Lee Scarbrough Sr.he preceded her in death February 172017.
Wanda was a member of the Church of the Nazarene; she was a teacher in her younger years but was a homemaker almost all of her life.
She was a devoted wifemotherand grandmother. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved her church; she was devoted to going as much as possible. She and her husband loved to travel later in their life.

In addition to her husband and parentsWanda was preceded in death by two sonsWilliam Lee Scarbrough Jr. and Jon Robert Scarbrough.
Visitation will be held MondayJuly 22from 10:00 a.m. until funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Interment service will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in BloomfieldMO at 1:00 p.m.
