Last nightI wanted to connect Bluetooth wireless to play my Xbox controller f1 24. But as I went to Bluetooth and devicesI couldn't turn on Bluetooth for controllers. Please help!

    Click your Start Buttonthen just type msinfo and press Enterplease provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    Right click your Start Button and open Device Managerplease provide a screenshot of that window.

    You can run these trouble-shootersif you haven't already that is.

    First press 🪟+R to open a Run Dialogue Box and paste in the below commandthen hit enter; it requires the GetHelp app to be installed to work. Grab it from the store first if it isn't

    If unsuccessfultry the next step.

    Open an Admin CMD and paste the below command; it's a legacy Troubleshooting packageM$ are retiring them in favour of GetHelpif you're concerned about what it does.

    msdt /id DeviceDiagnostic

    If you're uncertain on how to open an admin-privileged CMD promptjust open the Run dialogue again with 🪟+R and type CMD.. Don't hit Enter yet; hold down CTRL+SHIFT & press Enter.
