    DxDiag says: Miracast not available

Hi allI would like to cast the screen from my phone to windows 10 PC.

After checking whether miracast is available on my computer by typing dxdiag in runI got the report sheet saying miracast is not supported.

Is there a way to fix this and how?

    Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much for your reply.

    I see:
    DxDiag says: Miracast not available-1.jpg

    - i.e. the connect app was launched.

Have you checked the requirements as per the tutorial I indicated?

    DxDiag says: Miracast not available-2.jpg

In yoursConnect to a .... is missing.

These are the requirements from that tutorial which I've referred to which must be met:
    Miracast requirements:

    • Graphics driver must support Windows Display Driver Model WDDM 1.3 with Miracast support
    • Wi-Fi driver must support Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) 6.30 and Wi-Fi Direct
    Have you checked these?

In your post #3 I can't see how entering
    Connect
    in the search bar
can take you to a Settings page.

    This is what I see:
