Non receipt of Combo SSC books

I have placed the order almost a 20 days beforeand I have yet to receive it. While placing the order it shows 3-4 days in your app but in reality it is not… If you are unable to place the order then Atleast you can provide PDF. There are very few days are remaining for the exam. The order was suppose to deliver. No response from support team.. even my receipt is also not showing there..also while dropping the mail they are sending me the same reply that is 15-20 days more .. I mean already 20 days are over then how much time you want. Service system people are so bad … they are not communicating over the call . Kindly let me know what should I do????

I enrolled in a course through your platform. When I enrolledI was told that all the videos would be in Hindi. Howeveryour course is in a PPT formatwith 60% in English and 40% in Hindiwhich I can't understand. You said you would resolve any doubts. Your team studies well initiallybut laterthey just do as they pleasejust to get money from the children. Your team's behavior is very poor. I hope you will take strict action on this matter. I am having a problemwill you solve it and I want to return my money because I fed up with your team whenever I ask anything to your team they talk to us in very aggressive way like you are teaching the students but your team behavior is very poor so I can't trust on your team like they can teach the students in better way they are totally focus on money after getting money ho in hellThey are teaching us in ppt form meanwhile they said to us we will teach you by the videos they totally decieve with the students and I want to say everyone don't enroll course from here because team and management is so worst.I want refund my money but but this platform clearly refusing to refund me

😣😞!!
After I checked out their package priceand watch a bit of a trial videothey kept calling me. And i said i did not wanna purchase. They talked to me very rudely saying why are you watching our videos again and again and checking the prices again and again. I just did once. I had to check out which platform was better for me. And i said i am not going to attempt this time ( because of my personal reasonsthinking of trying next time). They again became rude saying this is not for people like u. This is for serious people. What’s the harm in checking out if YOU are making the free available video and packages. How will people decide without watching the demo or checking out the prices. They called me 5 times. Most of the times i did not pick up and when i did i clarified that i don’t want to purchase and then next day they called again and started talking rudely( almost yelling). I was keeping my manners as much as possible. Other things asideshouldn’t people be kind to each other and keep their manners… the people who teach at least?

Very non professional and abusive staff

Someone from the marketing team called me and started giving me details of course that I searched on their website and when I said I don’t want to take course then he started abusing me and said why I wasted his time. I never called anyone for the details just searching on their website is a crime bcoz then they will start calling you and gives you details even if you don’t ask for it and then if you don’t want to buy the course they will abuse you and fight with you that I’m wasting their time. When I tried complaining to their higher management they disconnected my call as soon as they listened that I’m calling for complaining not for buying the course. One of my friend has bought course from them and she is not happy with the service either it is total waste of your money and time do not buy any course from them as this company is just trying to take your money and yes their customer service team and marketing team is worst.
