  I went into the QS softwarethere is a 'defult','default' telnet setup in the program under the program tab and "integration". i added 'amx','1988' to the telnet connections.
  
  When I start an IP connection in netlinx I get nothing back on the buffer at all as far as a request for a login or anything for that matter. When I watch the diagnostics window I get this:
  
  "Line 133 (09:57:40):: IPSocketManConnectTask - connect Timed Out"
  "Line 134 (09:57:40):: CIpEvent::OnError 0:3:1"
  
  Unfortunately I am doing this remotely and am not on site..

  OKjust got off the phone with someone onsite.. it appears that they cannot telnet to the main processor as well but they can telnet into the second processor.. looks like I have something else going on.
