王毅：台湾地位已被“七重锁定”

　　2025年12月8日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅在北京同德国外长瓦德富尔会谈时就台湾问题的历史事实和法理经纬作了全面阐述。

　　王毅表示，日本现职领导人日前竟然发出台湾有事日本就可以使用武力的荒谬言论，严重侵犯中国的主权和领土完整，公然违背迄今对中方所做的承诺，直接挑战二战胜利成果和战后国际秩序，也对亚洲乃至世界和平带来严重隐患。

　　王毅强调，台湾自古以来就是中国领土。

　　1943年12月，中美英发表《开罗宣言》明确规定，日本战后必须将所窃取于中国之领土台湾等归还中国。

　　1945年7月，中美英共同签署、后来苏联参加的《波茨坦公告》第八条规定，《开罗宣言》之条件必将实施。

　　1945年8月15日日本战败，日本天皇承诺忠实履行《波茨坦公告》各项规定并无条件投降。10月25日，中国政府宣布恢复对台湾行使主权，并在台北举行中国战区台湾省受降仪式。

　　1949年中华人民共和国中央人民政府取代中华民国政府成为代表全中国的唯一合法政府，自然对包括台湾在内的全部领土行使主权。

　　1971年第26届联大通过2758号决议，决定恢复中华人民共和国在联合国的一切权利，并立即将台湾当局的“代表”从联合国驱逐出去。联合国的官方法律意见确定，台湾就是中国的一个省。

　　1972年《中日联合声明》规定，日本国政府承认中华人民共和国政府是代表全中国的唯一合法政府，充分理解和尊重中国政府关于台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分这一立场，承诺坚持遵循《波茨坦公告》第八条的立场。

　　1978年《中日和平友好条约》确认，《中日联合声明》所表明的各项原则应予严格遵守。

　　王毅说，以上一系列铁的事实从政治上、法理上充分证明台湾就是中国领土，台湾的地位已经被“七重锁定”。图谋“台独”就是分裂中国领土，支持“台独”就是干涉中国内政，既违反中国宪法，又违反国际法。

　　王毅说，今年是中国人民抗日战争胜利80周年。日本作为战败国，尤应深刻反省，谨言慎行。但恰恰是这个曾经殖民台湾50年、对中国人民犯下累累罪行的国家，其现职领导人竟然想借台湾生事，企图向中国发出武力威胁，是可忍孰不可忍。中国人民和世界上一切爱好和平的人民，都有责任维护联合国宪章宗旨和原则，都有义务阻止日本再军事化甚至企图复活军国主义的野心。
