原标题：《台湾百科全书·历史》出版正本清源凝聚共识（两岸脉动）

日前，历时10多年、20多位专家学者参与编纂的《台湾百科全书·历史》由中国大百科全书出版社出版，以详实史料阐明台湾自古属于中国、两岸同胞血脉相连、两岸文化同源的历史事实。

这本系统介绍台湾历史的工具书，收录条目1369条、约96万字，对台湾历史上的重大事件、重要现象、代表人物及相关著作进行了总结。“这部书的出版，是我国哲学社会科学领域和出版界的一项重大成果，对于深化正本清源、凝聚两岸共识、开展学术研究等都具有重要意义。”中国出版集团有限公司董事长、党组书记黄志坚说。

据悉，《台湾百科全书·历史》按照史前文化、早期历史、荷据时期、明郑时期、清代前期、清代后期（近代）、日据时期、光复时期编写，每一时段内按事件、机构、制度、社会、人物、著作、历史地理等不同类型分列条目，系统呈现了中国先民开拓台湾、历代中央政府治理台湾、两岸同胞共同建设与保卫台湾的历史。

翻开书卷，从旧石器时代的长滨文化，到新石器时代的大坌坑文化、圆山文化等，其器物类型、制作技术均与大陆东南沿海的文化存在显著相似性。大量的史书和文献记载了中国人民早期开发台湾的情景。早在三国时期，吴人沈莹所著《临海水土志》就留下了关于台湾最早的记述。隋朝政府曾三次派兵到时称“流求”的台湾。宋元以后，中央政府在澎湖、台湾设治，实施行政管辖。此外，台湾的语言、民间信仰、风俗节庆、宗族观念，以及寺庙、祠堂、城池等，都见证着中华文化的传承与发展。

台湾自古属于中国的历史经纬清晰、法理事实清楚，大量史实证明“台湾自古以来就是中国领土”。“台湾史最大的特点，就是台湾从来不是一个独立的‘国家’或‘民族’，也从来不是一个独立的社会，它只是中国历史或者中国社会的一部分。这才是台湾史最基本的历史事实。”《台湾百科全书·历史》主编、中国社会科学院台湾史研究中心主任张海鹏表示。

《台湾百科全书》共分5卷，除历史卷外，地理卷、文学·语言文字卷、艺术卷和旅游卷将陆续出版。“《台湾百科全书》各分卷以无可辩驳的事实，全面、深刻地揭示了台湾地区发展、变迁，都与祖国大陆一脉相承、紧密相关。”《台湾百科全书》主编、中国社会科学院台湾研究所原所长余克礼说。（施芳）
