CE Patreon (and Ex-Patreon members with a high enough lifetime contribution) can download a no-setup version here.
Do note that you will have to adjust the file permissions for injected DLL's yourself so that low trust applications like UWP appsbrowser and some games can load these dll's
And it's recommended to run the reset settings application in case you encounter issues
