The women at this branch are rudehostile and aggressive. I came into the facility with an appointment and all documentation necessary. I was dressed nicely and treated like a criminalthief and liar. Nothing I produced made them happy even with all documents notorized. I read all the one star ratings on Yelp so I am not alone.,this branch in particular needs an overhaul of employees. My family has been doing business with this bank for over 50+ years and am shocked of the insubordination in this facility. I have a good deal of savings which I will be withdrawing. Something needs to seriously be done about this branch because everyone I have talked to says the same thing of the disprect that is directed to it’s customers.

Excellent service ,friendly staff members. Particularly from your entrance to the banker. They make calls on your behalf but they allow you to report your problem directly with customer service and other service providers.

Recently I had a banking problem caused by myself that needed the managerJulie'shelp. She worked on it even after the bank's closing hours to get the problem resolved. The people are friendly and do their jobs well. HoweverI do wish this bank had Saturday hours and drive-up hours.
