I have a Microsoft account that I can’t sign into. My daughter gave me a computer and I signed in with my credentials that I remember and now I can’t get into the computer because it’s wants to verify my account with an old email and phone that I don’t use anymore.

The computer I had the account on broke and I have been using one from work for the last several years.

Subject: Account Email Conflict – Unable to Sign in to Microsoft Careers

    Message:

HelloI need help with my Microsoft account.

I originally used “Sign in with Google” on Microsoft Careers using my email. LaterI created a Microsoft account with the same email address. Now my email exists as both a Google-linked identity and a Microsoft account identity.

Because of this conflictI cannot sign in to Microsoft Careers in any way. Both Google sign-in and Microsoft sign-in fail.

Please remove the alias conflict and unify the email under a single Microsoft account so I can access Microsoft Careers again.

    Thank you.
