The error message is in my postATT Message: as follows; Something's gone wrong We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later. If you were using an appclose this page. Otherwisestart over. (end message)

I spent an hour with live chat and all I got was links to Smart Home Manager. I am thoroughly familiar with it so no help. Chat did reset my modem to factory avfet straight restart did not work. I set all cookie restrictions to null. stopped blocking pop-upsetc. etcbasicall have an open door to any schmuck with a tool kit. No Help. I'm changing everything back now.

I have no trouble accessing my ATT email when direct connect to Yahoo using Google Chromeso just a minor change. I have not tried Edgebut they are getting worse than Google in accessing customer systems.

I'm having the same problem

ATT Message: Something's gone wrong We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later. If you were using an appclose this page. Otherwisestart over.

ATT Tech Support was able to open email with Chrome. Recommended clearing historybut since this has been an issue for me for 48 hours or moreI only have the option of clearing my entire history. Kinda scary. Any alternatives or workarounds?

I get the same "Something's gone wrong" error message on my Windows 10 machine. My Windows 11 machine is successfully accessing my att.net email using Firefox. Firefox is synced between the machines. Both are running 134.0.2 Just before the error message appears I see another message flash by. It said something about ... It just fixed itself. I am thinking AT&T had an issue with the connection and fixed it.

I have the same problem. 1st on my desktop with my personal email (@sbcglobal.net) started about a week ago and this morning on a work email (@att.net) on my laptop. In both casesusing either Edge or DuckDuckGo browser I can get both emails working. I have a 3rd computer in my workshop where my personal email is still working on Firefox. For how longI don't know. On my personal computer I've tried all the usual: delete cookiesclear cacheetc but nothing works. What do I have to douninstall Firefox and reinstall?

On another threadI found "On the ATT Mail login pagein the upper right cornerthere is an extesion icon. Click on it and it will diplay your extensions. Click on Privacy Essentials and you will see where you can turn it off for that particular site." By disabling AdBlock Plus & DuckDuckGo Privacy EssentialsI now have my email back. I'm going re-enable each one separately to see which is the problem.

My laptop only had DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials and after turning that off I have my email back. On my personal desktopI've turned Ad Block Plus back on and so far all is well. Looks like Firefox doesn't like competition.
