Hello @Diana Dale
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
To better understand the situation and assist you accuratelycould you please help us with a few quick details?
- Did you purchase Microsoft 365 using a personal Microsoft account or one provided by your school or organization?
- What type of Microsoft 365 license did you purchase on Amazon? (e.g.PersonalFamilyBusiness Standardetc.)
- Are you using a personal device or a school/work-managed computer?
- Did you cancel the subscription through Amazon or directly through your Microsoft account portal?
- Could you share a screenshot of the charge (e.g.from your bank statement or Microsoft billing history) via Private Message? Please make sure any personal information is removed or blurred before sent
These details will help us identify where the charge is coming from and guide you on how to stop it or request a refund if needed.
To help you start investigating the charge on your ownMicrosoft has a dedicated troubleshooter to help you understand any charge from them. You can access it here: Investigate a billing charge from Microsoft
